I bought a used spearco RRE core for a killer deal and need help fabbing the pipes. They quoted me crazy money to buy them from them.I will pay to borrow yours or if someone could fab them locally i would appreciate it.The core is such high quality i would hate to part with it.Heres a picture of the kit.

Well those definately aren't their 2G pipes unless they changed them. What's not lining up? the pipe on the left runs from the top IC outlet to the UICP in the passenger side fender, the other one goes on the bottom outlet to the turbo outlet, it wraps around and points pretty muich right to the turbo. I run the same core and made my own pipes. RRE wanted close to 300 bucks (shipped) for just the piping 8-9 years ago when i got the core, so i looked at some pics on the net of people running that core and set at making some pipes. It's not hard, jsut get some pipe, start cutting and welding it to the shape you want. If you can't weld or don't have at elast a chop saw and welder, it's best to leave it to a pro or take it to a muffler shop and see if they can fab something up cheaper if you're on a budget.

I use 2.5 inch mandrel U bends from J.C. Whitney, then i cut and weld them to whatever shape i need.

Disreguard me telling you where the pipes go, i think i just figured out that the picture is not of your intercooler, just the same one off RRE's site, i know i've seen that same pic some where before in my readings..
