RPM Flucuates at Idle

So when I'm at a stop my car decides to flucuate between 1.5k and 1k RPM. It only does it sometimes, sometimes it stays just under 1. Its still very driveable and what not atleast for now. Can someone diagnose this?

My 1g was just doing the same thing. I cleaned the throttle body and everything was good. I recommend doing that first.

i also had this problem and i did what dsmtnr did, cleaned the throtle body well and it seemed to fix the problem.
