rough startup

Car starts right up idle climbs then tries to die then surges till it warms up then it idles fine. At start up it has white to grayish smoke and condonsation coming from the tail pipe till warm.If you start it up after its warm its fine. Mods are 50 trim 680s comp 268 cams je pistons scatt rods afpr 255 pump fmic 4 in fp intake eprom with chip safc2 greddy s ported ex manifold and o2 housing. Log reading at idle when warm short fuel trims at 0 tps 1% rpms 900. Engine has about 400 miles on it. Only started when it got cold. Getting ready to send throttle body to tbs.com for porting. Should I block off the fiav. FP at 43.5.

JE pistons from experience and seein other peoples cars take a long time to expand on cold starts. Not sure why it surges though.

I just replaced my tb with one done from tbs.com and adjusted my fuel trim at idle with my logger. I got it to stop smoking it was my fuel to lean. Still surging at startup when cold but not as bad. Going to get dsmlink next week from extrememotorsports and have them dyno tune it.
