1G Rough idle..

Hey ladies and gents,
So I previously bought this 1g. I changed the clutch, pp, flywheel. Subsequently the front axels. Now Im going to the next topic. My idle is hella rough. It's a 1g awd. It looks like the old owner put some time of plastic in where the biss idle screw goes and I can't get ithe in there to try to fix the idle based off that. Any ideas how to get that plastic out..?

ALSO..it's happened once and got me a tad worried. The car was sitting for 3 weeks. Yesterday I went to turn it on and the car would wouldn't crank and not turn on.. I read that it could be a number of problems. Ecu,wires, fuel fikter ect. Today I went to mess with it and it started right up...? Any ideas and pointers before I start messing with it tomorrow.

Dig the crap outta the biss hole with a pick, small flat head screwdriver etc.

Sounds like a bad ign. Switch or poor battery connections.

Check all the basics for the electrical.

Once you get it started again, do a leak down test as well. Rough idle could be from idle surge.
