Been building a 6 bolt since October 15th of 06 and as of today I'm almost done. Torqued down the head with ARP studs yesterday, and I don't remember if I did or not, I rotated the Camshaft sprockets while I was getting happy with the progress. Could I have damaged the valves if one of the pistons were at TDC? or would it have not spun around much if the valve contacted the piston? I would hate to pull the head back off again to send it back to the machine shop. :( thanks alot guys.

Yes you could have. If a piston was at TDC and you rotated the camshaft all the way around you might have. I would say to pull off the head real quick and check for scuffs on any pistons on the side that you rotated the camshaft. If there is no sign of marks on the valve or piston I would say you dodge a bullet. If there is any signs... you might have hurt the valves.

V_V that's what I was hoping not to hear... oh well, a few minutes to check it now rather than drop the engine in to find out it was bent. Wouln't the cam stop turning upon hitting the piston?? it wasn't that hard to turn, I just felt the the valve spring tension only, once the lobe passed the peak it jerked the rest of the turn.
