A couple things to think about.
First, Do you know what nismo is? If you put "Nismo" on a civic you should be pointed at and laughed at. NISMO stands for NISSAN MOTORSPORTS. Last time i checked Nissan doesn't make the civic.
Second, Nothing in life is free. Body kits, duct tape, Nismo stickers (they are quiet expensive as nissan sells them for a high price to discourage other car makes to use it. It comes with Nismo performance parts for free), APC lighting, etc. Extra money is put in the car. If one doesn't have the money to do it right with tacky fitting kits, or kits done wrong, why do it at all? Not all ground effects are wind tunel tested and don't offer performance, but i overlook that if someone does a clean job. Another thing "ricers" do is mess with lighting when they dont know a damn thing about lighting. They add illegal lights that have improper "Cut-offs" or add bulbs and don't bother adjusting it. They are dangers on the road. Maybe you will understand when you are going down a highway and you have a high-powered light aimed directly into your eyes.
Third, you wont see a civic in LowriderEuro. but i know what you mean.

You are not going to strongarm me into Dissing on someone who likes to fix up their car and did not do it your perfect way that only you approve of. If you like a goofed up Civic with Nissan Nismos decals or emblems (I know that Nismos is a performance maker of parts for Nissans ) than in America you should have the right to pimp it and enjoy it. You can't see the world from any other point of view and trying to get through to you is just a futile. What you say can easily be applied to yourself from another perspective.

Think of the good friendships that you can foster and make with a proper attitude and not being closeminded. I know guys who hate any imports and tell me that my DSM Eagle Talon is a piece of junk, but we kid about it and joke and it is all in good fun. They don't try to slam on me and insult the fact that I have a DSM. Why are you not capable of doing this? Is is because you are ignorant? I think the answer is yes. You don't express your self well and you need to get it together.

If you don't want to talk about "Rice mods" than we should all vote here on DSM tuners that roofscoops, Altezza's, Bodykits, Aluminum wings etc cannot be discussed. Cucumber you are the page moderator and you have the authority to PM Ludachris and get this NEW RULE put into effect immediately. If we are not allowed to discuss this type of mods please outline this descriptively and make rules about it is not permissable. I think you should ban anyone who discusses this if you make a vote on it and everybody here at DSM Tuners decides that this is not something we can talk about. WE NEED TO VOTE ON THIS!!!!!!!!

I don't want to get into a dissing match with you because the rules of the page say not slanderous comments, NO BASHING, no lude comments. I can be just as silly and argue,but the bottomline is we just don't like the same stuff! So avoid talking about me in your comments. I will avoid talking about you. That is a reasonable solution. Okay, I will say this one last time... I defined rice.. so I dont have to say it every thread for you. RICE IS DOING SOMETHING HALF-ASSED. why by a bodykit if you arent going to mount it properly. RICE IS HAVING NO RESPECT FOR OTHER DRIVERS AND ADDING HARSH, UNAIMED, ILLEGAL LIGHTING. ETC.. I will let you decided what rice is and isnt FROM THOSE GUIDELINES.

DSM tuners is already censored internet or not. If you use harsh language, BASH or lude comments you are subject to getting banned off of this website. So I don't Censor this website the page moderators do.....so don't say I am censoring it. If a vote is in order to stop silly disputes you or anyone else should be all for it so we will no longer discuss topics like roofscoops.

I don't agree with your point of view or description of rice.... period. There is no reason to try to discusss it anymore, but I just want you to know that I don't agree with your opinion. If you did a vote on harsh unaimed lighting we could see if the DSM community feels that is criteria for being called rice.

Second disagreement with you is that Half ass bodykits are a personal choice and although you don't have to like them does not mean the person who has the half ass bodykit is necessarily a ricer. By your definition only.......which you are entitled to, but people are not limited to in general. If you buy a bodykit and don't mount it properly ....oh well it just doesn't look good, but I am all for it if that is okay to that person's objectives and they enjoy it and can live with it. Do I want you to like it no!! Do they have the right to get it that way and enjoy it YES!

Most people who fix their cars up want a big money car $$$$ like the one's in Super Street, Import Tuner, Performance Auto & Sound, Sport Compact, Euro Tuner, LowriderEuro, Honda Tuning etc. If you can't afford a car just like these you will still get some people with arguably feable attempts with bad fitting kits and duct tape and wrong brand emblems that want to mimick this. You can't stop this from happening it will no matter what you say. If you want to be negative and not like it that is your free will choice so go for it, but it does not help anybody make their car look better or aim their headlights better. If it gives you pleasure in taking energy to hate on somebody because they don't like what you do or can't do something as good as you then

To me if a person takes a nice looking eclipse and adds a body kit that's not rice. Now i have this kid at my school with a chevy beretta that's got rust holes and it's just butt ugly and he decided to add these "sponsor" decals on it along with some muffler tips that are obvious. Now that's ricey. To me rice would be taking a car that doesn't run well/rust holes/geo and add a body kit or racing exhaust. However if it's a nice car nothing really "wrong" with it then go ahead.
