Roll cage

Hi,

For everyone running faster then 11.99 with a 2G.
Do you guys (and girls) have a roll cage? If so, which one would you recommend.
Are there different sizes for the bars?

You do not need a roll cage till you are going 9.99 at an NHRA track or 9.00 at an IHRA track. What you need is a roll bar, which does not have the bars that follow the roof line along side your head, around the headliner above the windshield, or bars that go along the A-pillar and through the dash or around the dash. I really don't know of anyone who makes a good roll bar for 2G's, I know autopower makes one but I havn't seen one IRL so I can't comment on the construction of it. Your best bet (IMHO) is look for a local chassis/race car fab shop and have them do a high quality welded in bar. That way you can talk with them on the design of it and get it just the way you want it in respect to door bars, back seats, etc, and you don't have to do any modding to the bar in your garage to get it to fit.
