2G Rocker Repair

Looking to see if there is anyone local that has the welding ability to weld in a passenger side rocker. I have the donor vehicle to cut the spot welds from and pull the rocker. I also feel comfortable enough with cutting back the rust on my vehicles current rocker and removing all the cancer. I do not however have the welding capability to weld in a donor rocker. Looking to get some quotes and ideas, on the best way to handle it. Car is a 97 GSX that is just to unmolested and clean under the hood to justify parting out/scrapping

Oh man.. that looks really bad. Are you sure the frame is not in a similar condition? Seems pretty heavy rot to not have speed to the frame as well. Hoping for the best though! Be sure to post pics of the rebuild and repair if you get everything cleaned up!
