2G 99 Eclipse Strut Tower Repair

i just picked up this bad boy for 500 bucks 99 eclipse turbo everything is great on it except the strut tower did a little repair job this weekend

Hole-y crap. I'd have taken that car to the scrap after stripping it, good job on the repair! Any other rust on the car?

Thank you the rest of the car is clean no rust eventually I may cut out a whole nother strut tower from another eclipse and weld it in but this is solid it's not going no where

Did you weld...directly on top of the fender flange?

Yeah i had to was nothing else to weld it to l put a light bead on that area in case I have to remove the fender
