Rim Identification

I'm the definition of a beginner when it comes to tires/rims, so can anyone help me out and tell me the name of these? I think there called ADR stage 2?

also, are they rare or something? i can't seem to find them anywhere..any help would be appreciated.

Google shows them to be ADR - 58, but seem to be an older model.
