Ok so car is running like crap at idle and even shutting off. Wideband has read in the 9s the past couple weeks and has more than likely fouled out my spark plugs. What type of spark plugs should I use. I always here about running a colder plug w/e that means. Thanks in advance.

If your wideband is readin 9, then you are running pig rich. Is that at idle, or at WOT?
