Rich/Running Poorly at Idle

Ok so car is running like crap at idle and even shutting off. Wideband has read in the 9s the past couple weeks and has more than likely fouled out my spark plugs. What type of spark plugs should I use. I always here about running a colder plug w/e that means. Thanks in advance.

I would start by searching these forums for you answer, heres one result from searching:

If your wideband is readin 9, then you are running pig rich. Is that at idle, or at WOT?

BKR7E. Figure out why you are so rich at idle also.

What Gruff said..... That's super rich to run without changing around components or did you not have a good tune?
