Like the title says I'm having issues with a rich spot while under boost. I'll go ahead and state what I know:

1. I've ran 4 BLTs that indicate I have no serious leaks. The system was pressurized to 20 psi, rolled off to 10 psi in 20-30 seconds, and then held 10 psi until I removed the tester.

2. All rich conditions under boost happened at or below 10 psi, eliminating the possibility for a leak after the turbo.

3. I've verified my base fuel pressure, however I can't track it while driving. Running Fuel Pro AFPR, fuel filter was replaced 2k miles ago.

4. All cruising/idling AFRs are between ~13:1 and 14.8:1

5. Plug gaps are at .028, running shitty bosch wires until NGK wires come.

6. I'm running a black box ecu with ceddymods, no adjustments to maps.

7. My LC2 analog signal is going to the ecu, its located in the upstream bung and labeled WidebandAF in my log.

8. When shifting, the system would go from 10:1 to ~14.5:1 during and for a short period after my shift. Which makes me wonder if the ECU is partly the culprit.

9. A possibly unrelated issue, but I am having issues getting a reading in evoscan for my IPS. It's very inconsistent, I've ran a new wire with no changes and it's been brought up that the black box ecu may just simulate an IPS.

10. Compression is 180 on all four.

11. I've tried replacing coil packs, confirmed resistance across my injectors and cleaned them as well with no changes.

12. I'm running AEM Tru Time cam gears, they're both zeroed out. I did just check timing, and noticed that the two inside markers on my cam gears are always between 1/16" and 1/8" lower than the outside ones at TDC. This is after letting the lifters fill up as well.

13. In my log I noticed the analog signal from the LC2 into the front o2 signal was very erratic, while the serial data was much smoother.

I've attached 3rd gear pull log file.
