I RECENTLY MADE A ROOKIE ASS MISTAKE AND PUT THE WRONG WIRES ON THE BATTERY TERMINALS...I PUT POSTIVE ON NEGATIVE AND VISCA VERSA AND TRIED TO TURN ON THE CAR. I DESTROYED THE BATTERY AND THE ALTERNATOR..I GOT THEM BOTH REPLACED AND THE CAR WORKED PERFECTLY EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT MY RADIO STOPPED WORKING AND MY INSIDE LIGHTS STOPPED WORKING. SO MY CEL CAME ON AND I HAD SOMEONE SCAN MY CAR....WE COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG BECUASE MY DRIVER'S SIDE PLUG STOPPED WORKING. HOW CAN I FIX THAT?? IS IT FIXABLE?? IM WORRIED!!

Thats waht i would do is cheak every fuse, next to your pedals and in the engian bay. i blow radio fuses all the time

Yeah, check all your fuses (under the dash, under the hood, ALL of them). You are not the first (or the last) person to ever make this mistake, and the car manufacturers take things like this into account when designing your car's electrical system.

Worse case scenario, like nuclearr mentioned above, is damage to the harness or ECU, but it shouldn't take you more than a half hour to go through your fuses to be sure. Check them all out and give us an update!

(oh yeah, all caps is considered shouting in internet etiquette...not to sound snobby, but it makes it hard to read...next time ease up on the caps lock? )

Please use more descriptive titles in the future. Also, do not type in all capital letters; it's equivalent to shouting on the internet.

hey sorry i took so long I was mad busy....and my bad about that all caps stuff....so I looked at my fuses...1st of all my fusebox cover is missing from my vehicle so i have to get a new one..2nd of all I am missing half of my fuses..but the car has been running fine...(I think)...only 1 of the fuses i have was blown and it was a red 10 fuse all the way on the top rite...connected to that yellow fuse cover thingy...do you guys have any advice..im going to replace that 10 fuse today..i really hope i did not do major damage:(
