I am rebuiling my 6 bolt and will only see 400 HP. I have head bad storys on using the ARP main studs because of cap movement so you have to use the special loacating pins then you have to line hone it and its just no worth it to me and feel its over kill with my HP goal. Maybe in a 10 second 600+ hp motor but not my 400 HP. My question is can I reuse the main bolts or do I need to by new factory bolts from the dealer

Don't those kind of studs stretch themselves out when you torque them down so they have more clamping force?
