In the middle of a 6 bolt swap I realized the 2g tensioner arm needs to be replaced with a 1g. Is it because of water pump clearance issues? ( my block is at the machine shop so I can't try and see ) I have heard of grinding a little corner off the tensioner arm and the 2g will fit. Is this true or would the water pump need to be hacked as well? I'm sort of in a rush so I don't want to look for a 1g arm, and don't want to spend like $90 for it at the dealership either. Thanks.

the only part that you want to use is the 2g motor mount 1g everything else. 1g tensioner, 1g pullys, 1g crank sprocket, ect. ect.
