Restrictor for a -4 feed line off the head ? 6bolt

Will i still need a restrictor for a -4 ss feed line being use to feed the evo 16g turbo off the head? I did some research on here and learn a lot. But, couldnt quite tell if i still needed a restrictor for a -4 ss line off the head. I got a 6 bolt swap in my 2gb talon and trying to eliminate the turbo off my list on why it's smoking grayish white. And i do know i could just use a 1gen feed line, but i already have the -4 ss line, so why change if i dont have to.

What would be the differences between runnng a -4 ss line for the head compare to a -4 ss line from the ofh with no restrictor on both, pressure wise ?! Just curious.
