Restriction q's...please help...

Hey guys wanted to know if keeping the stock 2gmaf is really a bad idea... Shooting for over 500hp how much of a restriction is the stock maf? Would it still be beneficial to buy a gm maf and install in original position rather than the blowthrough setup? THanks guys.

The 2g maf flows up to about 400bhp but if your shooting for 500awhp or more I would go for the gm maf and a translator. Better tuning for bigger injectors which your going to need too support 500awhp imo.

so the gm maf located in stock position can support 500hp?
