i hope i post this on the right forum. if not im sorry.

i notice for a couple days now that when im under boost and i shift into 5th gear white smoke comes out of my exhaust.
with that been said it only does it under boost and only 5th gear.
i though that perhaps my turbo was going out but i checked it today and has next to no shaft play.
my coolant and oil don't seem to be milky or mixed and car runs fine so dout its h/g.
so im guessing it might be the turbo seals, since i notice my engine burns more oil when i changed turbos (t25-14b)

i know a leak down test would help me know for sure but i dont know how to do one
links would be appreciated, and also for a compression test.

thanx in advanced.

well i believe it was due to a bad check valve i had on the pcv system... took it out and now no more smoke... but i will stark looking into the HG change just to save head akes.:thumb:
