i put a 95 eagle talon turbo motor in my 98 gst when i switched cam to get the old angle sensor to work my cam is locked and wont turn when i finally got it to turn i noticed that none of my intake valves are shutting i even tryed putting the old cam back in still same thing
 
how do you do that im kinda new to the 4g63 motors

Read where it says "Priming/draining the Lash Adjusters."

If you do not bleed them down after the cam has been taken out, the valves will most likely stay open some. They can stay open enough that you will bend valves if you turn the engine over. Once you do this, you will see exactly why they stay open and why they need to be bleed down.
