Hello everyone, very shortly Im going to be looking for a wideband that can monitor rpm and a/f ratios, I've delt with LM-2 innovatives brand before, but as far as needing to monitor rpm and a/f is this system my only option as far as spending less than $500.00. Thanks

What about a DynoJet Wideband Commander? I know someone who has one for sale (or did have recently) If you're interested PM me.

You could go with a logger / WBO2 combo and just wire the 0 - 5v output of the WBO2 into the ECU. That will allow you to log Lambda along with all the normal OBD-II parameters, and it's an easy conversion to get AFR.

I'd been thinking about innovates, lc-1 controller MTS Modular Tuning System

it says it has 2 analog outputs, and can replace narrowband, not for sure how I could interface the lc-1 controller to log rpm's, (ex. could I tap my signal wire coming from my tach adapter to shift light, an hook that up to one of the aux inputs?

oh , I think I see what you mean,

There is a direct relationship between lambda and AFR. To calculate AFR from a given lambda, multiply the measured lambda by the stoichiometric AFR for that fuel. Alternatively, to recover lambda from an AFR, divide AFR by the stoichiometric AFR for that fuel. This last equation is often used as the definition of lambda:

\lambda = \frac{AFR}{AFR_{stoich}}

does this mean I would just install the sensor, & wire it up to replace factory narrowband signals, the only thing im stumped on is how to log the rpms with the logworks software?
