Edmonton,
At the end of last season I had a problem where my injectors wouldn't fire, I passed it off as bad wiring and put the car in the garage for the winter. Now I went over my wiring or so I think, and they still won't fire, and the car won't start. I got the pinout for the car and checked with a multimeter, there's nothing from any of the 4 injector pins at the ECU. There should be something while trying to start the car right? I've tried a 2nd EMS in the car, and still nothing. I've gone through my calibration and checked if they were somehow shut-off. So I'll upload my calibration and see if anyone more knowledgable can take a look at it.

Incase it is mechanical, any tips where to check that could be causing all 4 injectors to crap out? I've tried a 2nd TR unit, and these are the 2nd set of injectors, which are brand new. It just seems that I'm missing a link that has control over the whole set.

Please help, car's all ready to go but I'm stuck. Throw out whatever you have and I'll check it.

*Here's a link to my EMS calibration since I can't attach it here.

Solution
I cleaned all the ECU grounds and tightened them, and noticed the car sounding alot better while I was trying to turn it over. Then noticed that my calibration name wasn't at the top of the computer screen. All it said was V1.19. Everything I needed was there so I never noticed. Tried reloading my calibration, and now she's back to running. Hopefully everything I've done the past few days puts this problem behind me forever. Thanks for all the help guys.
I've also had no injector pulse along with a new other things mine ended up being my mfi relay in the car behind the radio nd relay on the right you should check that out.

You should also probe the wiring at the injector for 12 volts. You probably already know this, but the ecu provides the ground for the injectors. With the key in the "ON" position one wire at the injectors should have constant power.

Tried to buy another MFI relay today, that's a pain. So I pulled mine out and am going to test it and hope for the best, then start looking at possible grounding problems. For future reference there is a split in 95 and my MFI relay is off to the side by itself under the other relays under there. My buddy's 99 is exactly where you said though.

Ran all the tests on my MFI relay, and everything is fine. When the key is turned to the "On" position it functions. There is 12V of power at pin38 -MFI relay power supply. I'm not seeing any grounds dedicated to an ECU ground though. Could someone elaborate or give me another suggestion since everything's checking out so far.

The ECU grounds the injector to fire it. The power is is single wire to the resister pack which output's 4 power wires one for each injector.

If you have power at the injector conectors then the problem is they are not getting a signal from the ECU ie.. the ground signal. I would check your ECU grounds. It's possible you disconnected a ground wire and didn't put it back on.
