[RESOLVED] losing boost high rpm

ok so my buddy had a gsx with the stock tiny tim with mbc set at 15psi he took me for a ride today and up til4500 rpms the boost will stay at 15 but then it will drop gradualy to 12 or so he dont no why and ant got no internet so i am asking for him any ideas?

The engine's capacity is catching up to the turbo's. For most driving, the turbo is putting out its best boost in the rpm band that you're operating. Stock cars aren't meant for, and spend very little of their time pretending to be racers.

Im having a similar problem to this. Im still on the stock t-25 and my mbc is set to 15psi. The only gear that it wont hold a constant 15psi is from 2nd to 3rd. It hits 15psi then drops to 12psi. Then after that my boost gage reads 15psi through all the other gears.

Small turbo...cant keep up....its normal like the others said. Anything after that 15psi you are just pushing hot air...
