[RESOLVED] engine stumbles on acceleration

my engine stumbles when i start to accelerate. and then the check engine light comes one then once i let off the gas pedal it turns off then it is ok but it dose it in all gears

what do i gap them at?

Thats all i can think of because of your check engine light coming on when it acts up.

You might check your tps there are threads on here that tell you how I checked mine and it was bad mine was doing the same thing

my 93 NT says to gap the plugs @.039-.044". There is a sticker on the underside of the hood that tells you the plug gap and timing.
You can retrieve the error code from the computer even if the CEL isn't on. I think that is smart way to go about it. No need to guess. The car is trying to tell you what's wrong. Get a hayne's or chilton's manual, and an analog volt meter or an LED. Or borrow someone's datalogger.
