[RESOLVED] 4 jack stands but only 3 touching

I got two 4 ton jack stands in the front and two 2 ton jack stands in the back. I have used the jack spots behind the front wheels and in front of the rear wheels. The passenger rear side jack is not touching the car. There is about 3 - 4 mm of space between jack and car. I did rock the car and it was sturdy. Would you guys get under the car? I'm just doing a rotor and pads replacement, oil change, 97 conversion, and fmic kit install, maybe some other stuff.

Just put a jack to support the one that is floating.

A rule of thumb at the dealership that i go by : If you question it, re-rack it (move the lift points).

So if you have to make a post about lift points...WTF.

I wouldn't go under a car someone racked half as$ IMHO.
