Ok,

My first question...I just got a jack and a set of jack stands from CRAFTSMAN so I can do an oil change. But I can't friggin' figure out where the stands go. I jacked up the car as high as it goes, but I couldn't find the place for the stands...Any hints? The Haynes Manual is no help in that area..

Also,

I had to take out a bunch of stuff since I changed out my alternator, but alot of bolts are rusted out and I broke a few while taking them out...anyone know where I can get some new bolts?

Thanks,
Tamer

Jack up your car and look underneath the car in between the front and rear tires, you will see your frame rails that run from the front to the back of the car. Just put the jack stands under there and close to the front as you can, but keeping on the frame rails.

Any local hardware stores should have metric bolts, just take the old ones in and match them up.

Thanks guys :thumb:

I'm just getting into working on cars, I'm used to bikes, only :D
