How often is it recomended to replace the spark plugs?? I can't decide if i need to get the BPR6ES or the BPR7ES. My car isn't highly moded, my mods are in my profile.

well if you can't remember the last time you changed them then you probably should. and i would recomend the 7's...just my 2 cents

I would go 7's too. I personally do mine every 4mos because they are so cheap. I don't know the actual manufactures recommended schedule.

LOL i guess its about time. i did mine when i had 110-112k miles and i now have about 128k. LOL i will pick up some 7's.

i went with the bpr6es because i didnt feel i needed the colder range plugs..bpr7es. i would pick up the 6es rather than the 7es unless u dont care about replacing them again in a couple months due to them fouling out more quickly. i say this because ur car isnt too highly modified, and u arent going to be running high boost. personally, i'd grab the bpr6es, unless u think the bpr7es will have an increase of 10hp.

Possibly-- when I got mine I checked the gap and they were already at .028, so I didn't have to mess with them. That's no guarantee, though, so it's best to check.

How do you check the gap at .028 if you dont have the right tools to measure and gap the new plugs. Can i use a ruler?

And just what makes u think i will never be over 300 hp?? i plan on being over that. hopefully around 400, thats about my goal.

No clue, but he is right, wait til you are over 300. Im over 300 and running a colder range and its working so far. I generally do mine when i do my tranny fluid, every 3 oil changes or so.
