93 with 225,000+ Kms. should i get the capacitors changed soon? also, where would be a good place to take it, any electrical shop or the dealer or what? will they know what to replace them with? are the capacitors universal or are they specific to our cars?

An auto electic shop would be your best bet. Basic, and I mean BASIC, solderign skill can accomplish this task if your up to it. Preventive maintainence is a good thing.
