Replacement motors

Hello everyone.I have a 1995 talon tsi awd dsmlink 2g2v. I blew the motor and was wondering What is a good replacement with little hassle

What are your goals and budget? Are you going to be doing the heavy work yourself?
And the only advice I can offer as far as buying a long block is stay AWAY from Karking. I purchased a longblock from them for my GF's car and exactly 1 month after the warranty was up the timing belt snapped and trashed the head.

yeah, if your looking for what to buy...do another 4g63, as for where...

i bought a 7 bolt long block from them, lil bit more expensive, BUT, it came with an evo 3 im, and i didnt have to do anything to it other than swap in my throttle body + T Stat housings, PS bracket, and then drop it in. ive put 20k miles on it with no issues (bought last may, put it in, in august)
