I know the sound isnt the belts. The car somewhat bucks when it makes this sound too. It doesnt seem to happen with any certain action. Ive heard it sitting still revving it up a little, and also while running it through first. I didnt drive it much more than that because I dont know what the FU*K is going on... any ideas?? Im so sick of this ####ing POS, sorry needed a little vent

did you hook up the bov right? I know on 2g's, it will throw a code when it isn't hooked up. And the sound would be the turbo still pushing air in when you let off or something like that.?

I never removed it

It doesnt do it under boost. I havent driven it enough to even build any.

sitting still, when I rev it up at WOT itll hesitate and make that noise between 4K and 5K.

oh this is just wonderful... so I pulled the intake to check the turbo. Going on this thing visually checked out and had basically no shaftplay what-so-ever. Now it takes a little more to spin the shaft, and every once in a while I can feel something holding it up a little. So I start the car and its not spinning at all on idle, ever few seconds it spin real quick then stop. As I give it some throttle it starts to spin and looks like the ENTIRE shaft is wobbling.. so this sounds good huh? I guess I figured out the problem
