I just completed an engine swap. The new motor has great compression 160 across the board and about 60k miles. I had it set at tdc when inserting my CAS I had the indents lined correct. I get fuel and the engine will crank all day and sounds great but has no spark whatsoever. Plugs are good wires are new and I tried two coil packs. Transitor is plugged in and all wires are connected. I have a friend mechanic looking tomorrow. But anything I can check now?

Yea it's definitely smart to check the connectors. But look at the wiring going to each of the connectors. I pulled back tape from a previous owners attempt to solder a new CAS pigtail and saw the crappy job they did. If any kind of wires are crappy just solder on a whole pigtail. The CAS on the 6-Bolts control the spark and fuel based on the position of the intake cam. You can even pull the cover off of it and look inside to see if there is anything faulty inside. You never know what the cover could be hiding. Check the wires coming from the transistor. I eliminated the coil pack by buying the coil on plug conversion. Helped a lot and eliminates the firing order problem if it's wired correctly. But Steve is right. The CAS sends messages to the ECU designating when to fire spark and injectors so it's always good to check that too. Especially because the 6 Bolt ECU's fail all the time! He's not a DSM wiseman for nothing. He knows his stuff. And eliminating the ECU problem just helps the process

A late night tear down of my fuel pump showed I had a fried rewire relay. Ill be replacng today to see if that was the issue the whole time.

The Car is alive! It RUNS. I now think I have a bad coolant temp sensor. I flood the cyliders bad and then the car wont start until i wait for it to dry a bit. Ill be datalogger tomorrow. The issue was a bad CAS and fuel pump rewire relay. All is repaired and looking good. engine idles great and the turbo spools well still so im glad I didnt blow my turbo.
