Repainting Soon-ish

I have a 96 Talon and I'm going to repaint in the near future and I was wondering if anybody has ever seen instead of having a black roof possibly a pearl white or normal white roof? I don't want anything special. I'm probably just gonna go stock red with black roof but white seems like it would look clean too.

ive never seen one, but im trying to picture it, and it doesnt look good to me.... im thinking about a black hatch, roof and hood on my 96 eclipse...

I'm getting ready do do mine. Decided to leave the roof black. Otherwise I'd end up with tricolor, red black white. Window trim is too hard to change over.

If you get it done, post pictures. Rather than redo the engine compartment, decided to stay original color. Just not worth the hassle to me to pull the engine.

Either leave it the way it is, or color match to the rest of your car.

Why would you ditch red/black for red/white. Black looks awesome with red, and looks dumb with white. Keep red/black.

I like black and white but not red and white..I think it would look silly..It's a talon keep the black top..

Alright thank you for the input so far the window trim would make it look bad cause its black. I'll be sure to post pics when its done lookin like new!

im thinking of repainting my car the same color, but leaving my hatch, or possibly just my high rise spoiler black... then painting my wheels black.

@Dcooper I saw somebody on this forum with a black hatch and spoiler I think leaving a spoiler black and painting the car another color may look really good

To be honest I'm not digging it. It doesn't look terrible though maybe the other eclipse looked better because the pictures were at night in a dark setting and the colors kind of blended.
