Removing vinyl paint... grr

I bought some vinyl paint to paint my interior panels (they were fading). The paint cap matches the color of my interior but its a piece of shit and its not only discolored but its chipping and looks like the biggest pos.

Anyway, how can I remove it?

Probably nothing short of paint thinner What kind of vinyl paint did you use? I always thought it was mostly permanent. Your best bet is to just repaint.
