Removing foglight switch panel

I have a 1g talon TSi and my switch is bad for my foglights. Can I simply pull off the panel surrounding the buttons(pop-ups, fog, guage dimmer(also goes overtop of guage pod and to rear wiper switch)) or do I have to pull off entire dash?

That panel will come off and all you need is a phillips head screw driver to get it off. In my race car I took it off and used the openings where the buttons are for toggle locations. Works really good I will try to post a pic of it later.

2 screws under the trim piece to the right of the steering wheel. 2 just above the gauge cover and 2 on either side of the bottom of that dash section. Then it should come off. there are 2 holding the switch panel to that section of dash. It's easy enough, don't sweat it.

Hey guys. Got off work early so I pulled it all apart and pulled the spring and it works perfectly now thank you for the info page.
