2gb door panel, window switch problem

Ok so the screws in the bottom of the window switch seem to have stripped out in the door panel itself, does the piece come off that it screws to to be replace, or how would i go about fixing it, glue maybe? I have had to pull the door panel 2 times now to re tighten the screws ### they fall out, don't want to tighten up enough.

its very common in 2g's. you can either replace the plastic piece that the screws go in to (to the tune of about $100), or you can pull the panel off, and put a fair amount of plastic weld or some sort of epoxy glue on there. thats what i did with mine. its been about a year, and its working out quite well for me
