Remove the turbo on a 95 Talon TSI AWD.

I just bought a 95 Talon TSI w/ AWD for $500, the turbo is shot, so could anyone give me a recommended order of the thing's that need to come off first to last? Also, could someone tell me what size socket's and wrenches will be needed. I live about an hour away from where the work will be taking place, and I have a limited amount of metric tools, so I want to be sure if I don't have what I need, I can pick it up. Check out this vfaq, it's for swapping to a 16G, but it gives you all the information you need. Get yourself some PB Blaster too, works great for freeing up rusty nuts and bolts.
