Remove door lock mechanism

Just wondering what all needs to come out of the door to get the latch/lock in the door out? I took the three torx bolts out and took all the rods apart from it as well as unplugged the harness from the actuator, but I couldn't finagle it out of there. Does the window regulator and glass need to come out or what?

roll your window up all the way and u should be able to get it like that.

I had my window up all the way but just couldn't get it out to where the opening is. It's like it is too big to go past the window regulator. Hell, I even tried taking it out of the door through the outer door handle hole.
