Removal of factory upper intercooler piping

I am trying to remove the factory upper ic pipe and have gotten everything except the two bolts holding it to the car off? Can anyone tell me what tool would be used to get them off because there is some sort of black metal piping in front of the two bolts

Well can you move the black piping out of the way? I'm not exactly sure what your talking about. But first off fill out your vehicle profile so we know what model car you have.

Sounds like he is refering to the bolts under the fuse box. If I remember correctly, they are 12mm bolts. So just get a 12mm socket, short extension, and ratchet and you should be able to figure out the rest. Here is a link where you can see the OEM UICP completely uninstalled. Hope that helps.
