Okay so here's the set up. 190LPH Fuel Pump, 550cc Injectors, Big 16G EVO III Turbo. What kind of air/fuel correction settings should I have to be safe? I need to get to a dyno and get them properly set up but what would be safe settings? It allows you to go to -50 I'm running at about -28 to -30 at the mid range of the low and high RPM. Any input on what I should set the 500rpm increments at for the low and high RPM ranges would be very helpful. Any suggestions?

Yikes. Put your low throttle at -5 and your high at -10. And don't go to WOT. Your injectors are only 18% bigger, why would you want 30% less fuel?

edit: I take it you don't have a logger?

It depends on the car but roughly negative 10-15 on your high throttle and low could be left alone because the computer can change that some but it could be some negative you need to get a wideband O2 and logger or get it dynotuned shortly but that will give you a start. Good luck

weith you beat me to it o well.

For SAFE settings, let it run rich. Running rich is MUCH better than running lean. Running too lean may result in ruining your engine or turbo. Set it to maybe -10 correction and get a Datalogger at least. Best is to get these 3 things:

Data Logger
EGT gauge
Wideband O2 sensor (not needed but will really help)

Mine where in the high -20's with the S16G. I need to retune now that I got the Evo III. But you can't recommend settings, you NEED to dyno it. And stay off boost until then.

Okay I'll run it up in the 10-15 range then. Yes definately going to get it dynotuned, this is not a DD so no biggie, just don't want to mess up the engine driving it to the dyno. What exactly sets the WOT on the AFC? and wouldn't an air/fuel ratio gauge be better than an EGT?
