Probably a very stupid question/comment.

I've never rec. my BOV so i just installed the rec kit. But when driving it sounds like my BOV is surging. Im wondering if i should have not out all the bolts back on the cover. If anyone has a comments glad to hear?

Looks like your running the HKS SSQV? If so, what your hearing is probably not surging, its flutter. When recirculated its very common for the SSQV to flutter alot. I know mine flutters basically all the time when blowing off, except when under full boost.

Is flutter something i should worry about? Because i dont even hear the BOV barely opening it sounds like. But i know i have a boost leak so maybe its b.c. its not building enough boost.

No, nothing to worry about, thats just the way the SSQV is. If its an older version they did have an adjustment screw on the back, which may help reduce flutter (probably loosen adjustment screw abit) but the newer version are non-adjustable. Just have to live with it or swap to a different BOV.
