my 90 talon tsi was just rebuilt AGAIN after it had a defective valve in it and dropped and put a hole in piston #2, anyway while everything was apart my dad and i bought new rings, fel-pro head set, rod and main bearings new head and put everything back together and were not getting spark. ive did some research on here as im a 17 yr. old newbie i just wanna know if im going in the right direction and if any on you guys can give me tips.
1. check for fuel along with the spark, if no fuel could be crank sensor, or cas?
2.) check power transistor.
3.) check coilpack
4.) doublecheck firing order
5.) mpi fuse maybe?
if theres anything else i could check id appreciate the help guys thanks.
