Question is -- If I have to tear the engine apart THAT far again. Should there be some other things I should be doing while down there aside from perhaps new rings and rod bearings and of course a good honing? The engine has 160k miles . . .

Timing belt has roughly 30-35k miles on it. And actually I just took it off and re-installed it today thinking I had skipped a tooth, but alas I hadn't :-(
