Im in the process of getting ready to rebuild my :talon: 420a and I was wondering what would be the best sounding and performing exaust for it header and back ....what cams I should use im putting in 12.5 compression pistons, total seal rings? about how much will it cost me to get it bored .20 It also needs a head if any of you guys know where I could get one for cheap tell me also could I rebuild the head thats on it the valves are bent it jumped time if so what parts will I need or should I just buy a used one?

No bumping. :nono:

Most of the questions you asked a pretty subjective; so I suggest you do some more research before buying anything.

I would personally do the following, though; get the Crane 0010 street performance grind cams, some sort of 2.5" header-back exhaust, and just rebuild the head you have. You'll probably eventually want to upgrade the valvetrain components anyway.

Most shops will bore out your block for around $100.

Sorry... if the valves hit the pistons should i replace them what exhuast sounds good for the money i looked at the greddy evo2 is 450 do they sound good i know greddy is a good company.... how much would it cost to rebuild the head estimated thanks

It depends on if the valves got bent or not; it would be rather rare for them not to bend, though.

I would advise against buying an expensive exhaust like the GReddy or Apex'i - a cheaper $200 Tsudo off eBay works just the same. The Tsudos are pretty good replicas of the higher priced versions.

I don't have any estimates for head rebuild prices... sorry.

yea 450 is a little exspensive I saw a pacesetter exhaust in summit sport compact magazine and was only 220 I just dont want something that sounds like crap and be one of those kids that gets made fun
