I'm rebuilding my 1g 6 bolt 4g63 talon and can't find the stock piston size? .85mm? It'll be pushin probably 600 hp w/ a T66, rebuilt head, 272's, 1+ valves. Ide like to upgrade to Manley pistons but need to know what size I need or can still upgrade to without having to bore the block.

If you are rebuilding you will want the 85.5 so you can make sure youre cylinders are round from the machine shop. I wouldbt use stock 85 in a rebuild personally

You cant decide on bore size until you actually measure your bores. You might have taper or out of roundness which then you must bore out otherwise you will damage your new pistons. Stock bore is 85mm btw.
