K so the engine is coming out because i believe i have a piston ring that's finished in cylinder 2 , because i added oil and compression jumped right up to what the others were at 175 PSI , i want basic rebuild nothing more for now. what should i change

Oh i have a 2g 95 eagle talon 4g63

my goal is OEM factory because it is good to 350whp with the supporting mods of course. that's what I've been reading and hearing. ( for now this is what i want , i just want the engine running good again , then i can mod around for more boost etc.)

Nippon Piston rings
ACL race rod bearings (race or standard)
ACL race main bearings (race or standard?)
Gasket set
ARP head studs
ARP main studs ?
Head Gasket
Rod end cap bolts
Timing Belt
Valves ( OEM good for 250-300whp?)
Springs ( OEM good for 250-300whp?)
Balance shaft eliminator

of course i will check the other stuff like water/oil pump , my clearances.

i have the 4g63 Factory book.

don't believe i have C/W because i have no problems with my clutch sticking.

i was also wondering til how much whp will my OEM clutch be good to. Plan on getting aftermarket flywheel , but want to stay with OEM clutch because of feel of aftermarket ones. ( if possible of course )

Head will be going to get machine work. Honed,3 angle valve job etc.

Is anything not need and is there any thing else needed?

all advice and opinions would be grateful

Please no 6 bolt swapping :D might plan on doing that later down the road when my goals are higher :D
