tornto,
I just finished installing the new clutch and tranny. The tranny shifts fine but I get a mild vibration that goes away after the car accelerates at 20 kph. This only happpens when I'm just doing an acceleration from a stop or making a right turn at low speeds which is less than 20 kph. I'm thinking the transfer case is out of balance. Should I reinstall the transfer case?

How would reinstalling the XFer case stop vibrations? Unless you forgot to fill it with fluid this is not the cause of the vibration.

Vibration when turning sounds like a CV joint in one/both of the front axles has gone bad.

Also did you fully remove your driveshaft during the install? If not, did you support the front section so as not to over extend the lobro joint and cause the boot to tear? I had this happen once and I had a minor vibration that turned into a bad howling sound in a matter of days.
