Rear tire wobble!?

Everything seems fine but if you kick the front mid section of the tire you hear a clicking sound. Almost sounds like the brake disc is moving and hitting the caliper. What would you suggest doing to narrow the problem down?

Well for starters get the car in the air that you think is the problem area. Then grab the bottom of the wheel and move it back and forth, that would mean ball joint (thats what i want to say it is but cant be sure unless im looking at it). Hope it helps ya!

One way that the brake disc can move would be if the wheel lugs are tightened down enough… just a thought, easy things first…

I would agree that it could possibly be the ball joint, but it could also be the tie rod ends are worn... I would also agree that you should put the car up on a jack and pull on the wheel; you may be able to see any worn parts better with the car in the air. It could even be the wheel bearings if they are truly worn out…and finally be sure to check the torque on the axle nut also, that could be causing the axle to have some play and cause a noise
