Rear Speaker Grill/Cover

I recently replaced my rear panel speakers only to find that the grills on each panel were/are barely hanging in place. At this point one has all tabs but they're so brittle I'm afraid to adjust them any. I now have these ugly looking 6x9s sticking out of the side of my panels. Not only do they not do the interior any justice, they're very attractive to children and I really don't want to spend another $160 on speakers because my 2 years old stuck her finger through the cone... I cannot get the factory pioneer covers to mount because of the curve of the panel, either. Does anyone have any suggestions for something relatively aesthetically pleasing and practical? I do still have both grills but the tabs are useless so if anyone has any solid suggestions to attach them I am all ears. I've tried hot glue, jb weld, and crazy glue. Nothing sets fast enough to hold them in place. Anyway, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. If you're a newbie and doing your rear speakers, please remove the panel. Especially if you plan to sell it to someone who appreciates the stock look in the future...

[Edit: Resolved] I fabbed some paper clips into clips to hold the speaker grill in. They hook in between 2 holes so only time will tell how long they'll hold up. Gonna test out their road worthiness and get back with some photos.

i would suggest DSM Graveyard - Your #1 Source for DSM Parts! or searching for the entire panel. either way its gonna be hard just to get those alone.

+1 on DSM graveyard if you cannot get anything from the classifieds on here first. Im always about saving money, this site has been a little pricey on certain items, but they typically have all the little hard-to-get items.
The classified always have killer deals.

Thanks for the tip. I was afraid that was going to be the only proper resolution and black interior seems to be a hard thing to find, sadly. In the mean time though I'd like to find out if anyone has mounted factory aftermarket grills from speaker manufacturers and how they did it given the size and fit. I'd also be interested in fabrication ideas as well.

I found some pictures the other day where people were able to fit the aftermarket speaker cover over the hole. How would one go about doing that given the shape of the panel?

I used paper clips to fab my own "clips", . Paint them black and they're good to go. Now time will just tell how well they hold up. Probably should put some apoxy on them to hold them permanently.
