1G rear main seal torque specs

ok i have searched for about 45 minutes now. every time i find a link. it says web page removed.
the chilton manual says 84-115 foot/pounds, this can't be right.
if anybody has the correct specs please help me out.

7-9 ft.lbs. for the rear main seal case on a 1g 2.0.

heck my dang main caps and rod caps are not that much torque. and they're ARP BOLTS
