Rear end bushings

I got tired of waiting so I made my own rear end bushings out of stainless and 90a urathane. I may make some for some fellow dsmers and will be looking for someone to test them out along with myself. Let me know if you were waiting for some and would be interested in doing a little feedback with me. Also if someone wants to make their own I'd be happy to share the information/specs to do so.

Are those for the subframe to the frame, or from the diff to the subframe ? I would be interested if they are for the diff.

I did a how to with all the instructions but I don't know why it hasn't showed up yet. I'll let you guys know when/if it does.

Did you use that Smooth-On 790 urethane? Their 90a stuff is pretty simple to work with, but if it gets on anything else, it isn't coming off. I made bushings for my front end with 90a and got some on my arm. It was there for weeks.

Did you use that Smooth-On 790 urethane? Their 90a stuff is pretty simple to work with, but if it gets on anything else, it isn't coming off. I made bushings for my front end with 90a and got some on my arm. It was there for weeks.

Yup that's the stuff and it is pretty sticky. I used the excess to patch the garage drain and it worked perfectly!

Yes but sometimes there is a wait since they are the only ones and on a budget these are about 1/8 of the price.

1 small kit of the 790 will do a bunch of bushings too. I did 10 for my front end and still have half of the urethane mix left.
