I bought a 90 talon with a 4 bolt tsi no engine. Now I have the engine in and i have noise from rear diff. When I am going around sharp corners at low mph the rear inside tire starts locking up almost. I have to give it more gas to move. Then when the car goes straight after a sharp turn like that and there is a clicking sound. The rear also makes whirring sounds especially under decelleration. Also it seems like it doesnt roll as easily as it maybe should but this is my first awd. I have two different brand tires but they are the same size. I have drained all the fluids and theres is no metal in the drivetrain. I was told that my viscous coupler was bad so i swapped that and i get the same thing. Also the t-case was replaced because the one that came with the car didnt spin 1:1. I need help big time.

Try reading these threads to get a better idea of how your center diff works.

Is your center diff welded? If not it may be going bad.

If they told you that was the cause of your rear end noise and tire skipping they didn't know what they're talking about. The VC distributes power to the front shaft and center shaft in the transmission.
the t-case was replaced because the one that came with the car didnt spin 1:1
What do you mean? The t-case is a set of meshed beveled gears that transfers power from the tranverse direction of the engine/tranny to the longitudinal direction of the driveshaft. There are no clutches, or LSD's, or VC's in there that can slip. It's direct drive all the time. If you can spin it freely by hand (off the car) it is operating properly.

I read your other links I think the center diff is bad. Im going to do the tests mentioned in the post. Should I be worried? Can I keep driving it or will it tear up my rear diff and tcase and trans?

Can I keep driving it or will it tear up my rear diff and tcase and trans?
No way to tell by an internet diagnosis. It won't do anything to your rear diff, it's not related, but it can ruin both the t-case and the tranny. If you aren't abusing anything or applying big power you can PROBABLY get away with driving for a while. You should pull the t-case, check the splines and the output shaft. If they are severely worn it's ready to strand you somewhere. If it's only mildly worn you can probably drive it for a while. THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL FOR SURE! It will not get better, only worse. Don't go doing clutch drops and hard launches and you'll get more out of it.

The more you drive on it the more damage you could be doing to the center diff. If the thrust washers are only mildy fubar'd then you can salvage the case for a rebuild or welding. If the side gears get uber-fubar'd, like my old one where I ended up pounding out the side gears with a sledge hammer, then you'll need another center diff.

Why would you want a welded center unless it was maybe a track only car? I feel like its destroying my car and i escentially have the same thing..
